🕚Non si ha mai abbastanza tempo per fare tutto quello che vorremo, vero? 🎯
Questo pensiero è molto ricorrente per chi ha un lavoro e la responsabilità di portare a casa dei risultati.
Molti vorrebbero poter allungare il tempo e sono convinto che le persone arriverebbero ad avere una giornata di 800, 1000 ore e non basterebbero. Ad ogni modo questo privilegio non è stato ancora concesso a nessuno perché il tempo è l’unica risorsa al mondo uguale per tutti.
TEMPO DI RISULTATI A NAPOLI
Spesso le persone lamentano mancanza di tempo, ma spesso non è il tempo che manca: è la mancanza di focus e di direzione che porta via quantità enormi di tempo!
Una cosa è aprire il cassetto delle cose da fare e un’altra essere focalizzati su un obiettivo ben definito in quanto l’obiettivo è enormemente differente da essere confuso lasciando riposte le cose da fare nel cassetto della scrivania.
Il motore della nostra realizzazione e della nostra soddisfazione è ciò che permette al nostro tempo di essere impiegato al meglio e non più sprecato.
Le aziende spesso si attorcigliano in un vortice di mille progetti e di riunioni interminabili, diventando un vero e proprio “riunionificio” a livello industriale!
Così facendo disperdono, disciolgono tutto il tempo per concentrarsi sul lavoro a valore sprecando energie e producendo pochissimi risultati.
Queste aziende puntano alla sopravvivenza limitando il più possibile di investire su obiettivi chiari e gestione dei risultati. Al contrario le aziende che funzionano si concentrano su obiettivi chiari, sull’avere cose da fare realizzano una condizione fondamentale ma non sufficiente al fine di garantire l’ottenimento dei risultati.
Ogni giorno siamo davanti a persone che sprecano il proprio tempo e addirittura rubano quello altrui scaricando le cosiddette inefficienze sugli altri.

L’obiettivo ben definito è sicuramente il primo passo: conoscere la direzione non basta per mettersi in moto soprattutto quando l’impresa è difficile ed ostile.
Non si può pensare che una lista di cosa da fare sia sufficiente: ci vuole qualcosa di più e questo “di più” si chiama scopo.
Lo scopo è la ragione emozionale, la linfa per fare tutto quello che è necessario per produrre obiettivi.
Scopri come puoi comprendere veramente il tuo scopo costruendo l’obiettivo vincente per te e per la tua vita.
